As a real estate development and asset manager, we recognise our responsibility to understand our environmental, social, and economic impact within the projects in which we operate and the wider society. 
Due care and attention will be given to the following in the projects we manage and advice provided to clients:-

Environment
Key elements: pollution, biodiversity, contamination, reduction in the use of energy and water, emissions of noise, light and greenhouse gas, and resilience to disaster.

Social
Key elements: health and safety, community development, staff and customer satisfaction, freedom of association, gender and diversity and stakeholder relations.

Governance
Key elements: audit and Board processes, bribery and corruption, data privacy, protection and security, fraud prevention, fiduciary duties, executive compensation and whistle-blower protection.
