atlp consulting was established in 2014 by co-owners Alastair Thomas and Paul Arnold, who in combination have over 50 years of clientside development and asset management experience.

In recent years the business has successfully worked with international funds and investment managers, property companies and high-net worth individuals on a number of different projects, managing the full development process from inception through to completion.

Prior to establishing the business Alastair and Paul gained extensive experience in senior and executive level positions at Crest Nicholson, Bovis, Frasers Property, Arlington, St. Modwen and Emaar having both started their careers at Clive Lewis & Partners.
